Do you deliver to my suburb?

We cover all of Sydney's metro locations in NSW. Please check your postcode is eligible by clicking here. If your suburb is not listed we may still offer delivery to that area, please contact us via Live Chat for further information.
 
What days do we do Same/Next day flower deliveries?
Same Day/Next Day Delivery Monday to Saturday:
Orders placed before 9am will be delivered same day.
Orders placed after 9am will be delivered the next business day.
*Sunday: Place your order by 10 am on Saturday for Sunday delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time may not be delivered until Monday.
 
What are the delivery times?
We deliver 7 days a week. Our local delivery run starts at 9AM, with our last delivery run at 8PM. If it is imperative your flowers arrive at a specific time, please aim to provide as much notice as possible and clearly state your requirements in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box online, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee a certain specific time of day for delivery.

Delivery charges will vary between $9.99 and $24.99 
 
CAN I ORDER FLOWERS IN ADVANCE? 
Yes of course! Please select your desired delivery date and leave the rest to us. Our friendly and reliable delivery team will keep track of your order, so it arrives on time.
 
CAN I SEND A CARD AND PERSONALISED MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Yes, you most certainly can. You will be able to add a personalised message (with no limitation on the number of characters) to go alongside your order.
 
WHAT IS YOUR FRESHNESS GUARANTEE? 
We understand the importance of a happy customer. To ensure that special someone gets the most out of their blooms, we guarantee to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality products in all our bouquets and flower arrangements.
On average, most cut flowers should last between 5 and 7 days. However, if you are unsatisfied with your flowers after following our simple care instructions, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers so our Customer Care Team can take them to our Head Florist for assessment.
 
I have placed an order but I haven't received a confirmation email, What should I do? 
Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things: Your order was never actually placed and processed or you have entered an incorrect email address with your order. You can reach us via live chat or e-mail at Support@officeflower.com.au 
 
What day will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive on the delivery date you specify when placing an order providing there are no delivery problems such as an incorrect address, there is no one available to accept delivery, or there is no where safe to leave the delivery.


What delivery method do you use?
We use specialist couriers for all our deliveries with experience delivering delicate items like flowers. Each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business or left out of public view if it is determined safe and reasonable to do so by the driver.


How can I ensure my order is successfully delivered?
As much relevant information as possible is the best way to ensure prompt delivery. Flat numbers, business name if applicable, ward/room number for hospital deliveries etc. are all very useful for our couriers. There is a 'special delivery instructions' field on checkout that you can use for any extra delivery information that you think may be relevant, for example: 'main entrance is at back door, watch out for the dog!, please call (phone number) if any problems'.
If you are sending flowers to a hospital, it's good to be aware that some hospitals may not accept flowers to ICU/Emergency wards and many hospitals have a short supply of vases for patients.

 
Can you deliver to flats and apartments?
Certainly can! but to ensure prompt delivery please provide as much information as possible, including anything you may think is relevant, such as the flat number, the recipients phone number or instructions to leave with neighbor if applicable etc. Extra details will allow the couriers to promptly deliver your gift and sort out any issues that may arise as well as organise redelivery if necessary. 

 

Delivery instructions:

*Our couriers do not call prior to delivery. Please ensure the recipient is home to receive items.

*Where the intended recipient is not at the delivery address, our couriers will leave the item in accordance with your instructions or otherwise in a secure location if one is available at the delivery address. If no person is present to accept the flowers at the location specified, our driver would act in his or her discretion based on weather conditions, safety, security, etc. 

*Where a secure location is not available, our couriers will leave a note advising the recipient to contact Officeflower to arrange for re-delivery. We may charge you $14.95 for the cost of re-delivery, but will seek your authority prior to charging this fee to you.

*If the flowers haven’t been delivered, and you notify us early, we can update the address, but the delivery fee may vary. If the delivery has already occurred, changing the address will require a new delivery fee, you’ll also need to pay for the flowers again.
